Ngoc is the manager of the Vietnamese Family Program, affectionately known as VietFam. Ngoc’s work is diverse and she provides services directly to Vietnamese families with children from 0-18 to improve their safety and well-being, help preserve families. Her services include: providing general information, advice and referral to other support services, individual and group therapeutic counselling support, community living support, family and child support and education and cultural development.
Ngoc holds a Diploma of Children Services, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Human Services. She is also an accredited facilitator for the positive parenting program (PPP).
Ngoc enjoys playing guitar in her spare time (just never in front of an audience) and also does face painting for children.
