Our experienced housing team provides the following support:
- Assisting young people aged between 16 and 25 years who have concerns about the security of their accommodation
- Providing advice on housing options
- Supporting young people to access crisis, medium or long-term housing
- support to maintain current accommodation
- Supporting access to services and breaking down the barriers which prevent young people from eligibility as tenants in local share houses
- Supporting young people to transition from supported to independent accommodation
Our houses
We have six properties to provide transitional supported accommodation for young people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. These properties cater for:
- Young women aged between 16 and 25
- Young men aged between 16 and 25
- Young people who identify as a part of the LGBTIQ community aged between 16 and 25
- Young families where the parents are aged between 16 and 25

Our goal is providing young people with pathways to safe, sustainable long-term accommodation
The young people in our transitional supported accommodation houses receive intensive case management and youth support to help them set their own individual goals and find suitable accommodation. Our service is individually tailored to each young person to ensure the outcome is best suited to their individual needs. As an integrated youth and families service we have the ability to refer young people internally to our other programs to help them create their own opportunities, whether it be finding a job, enhancing their own health and wellbeing or reconnecting with their family or community.
Some of our exit pathways include:
- Same house different landlord housing
- Social housing
- Private rentals and local share houses

We break down the barriers for access to support services
Our strong network in the youth support space allows us to break down the barriers to access and refer young people to additional services that can help fulfil their needs. We have ongoing partnerships with many local support services that work with us to enhance the wellbeing of local young people.
